Frozen yoghurt:

Ingredients:
make sure that all of your fruit is previsouly frozen. Take out your fruits from the freezer, but them in a bowl, add a little bit of mild natural yoghurt (alternatively you could add a bit of coconut oil and coconut milk which is a an even greater idea) , amounting to roughly 3 tbsp. Roughly your fruit vs. youghurt ration should be 3:1. Dribble some honey on the top, mix it together and let the fruits thaw for about ten minutes. Proceed by mixing with a mixer and voila! the less yoghurt you use, the more of an ice cream consistansy you get.
feel free to experiment with the ingredients.

Tip: To get more of a choclate taste, i had a ton of coco (1-2cups) and it comes out tasting like dark choclate = yum!!!

Rosted beetroots with goats cheese:
i have not tried this yet but sounds easy enough and sounds delicious! Great alternative to chips, if that is your craving (it sure is mine). I will make these soon and give you a proper recipe of them.
